In case you were feeling preoccupied with your life, here is fifteen minutes of film to put it all into perspective. Dr. Carl Cox outlines the history of time in all its power and glory.
I remember one day when traveling by motorcycle along the roads of India, passing thousands and thousands of life forms: beggars, cows, truck drivers, monkeys, ladies and children. I rode all day, the vibrating noisy world abuzz all around me. At nightfall I stopped at a small fishing village. To get the dust off my body I swam out into the Indian Ocean, the water glowing with fluorescent plankton.
I got far enough out where the noise of the land was distant and as I rolled over to float in the warm liquid. I looked up into the heavens and saw a massive orange full moon surrounded by glowing stars. It was then that I realized my place in life. I was a human on a little bustling planet in the middle of space.
It is not something I can fully describe but it changed my life forever.
One year after we had all graduated from our grade school we came back and hung out on the front porch when it was closed for the summer months. The school shaped us tremendously. It was an old farmhouse and the animal sheds were classrooms. We all have wonderful memories of our years there. First it was called Mary’s School, after the founder Mary Blakstad, then it was changed to Morna Valley School after the valley it was in.

I suck at remembering names.
Standing left to right: Amrit, Korin’s sister (name?), Devi, Toby, Tawno, ?, David C, Tara, Tini
Sitting left to right: David, Ava, Jake, Barney, Gennaro, behind Gennaro ?, Shana, Nash, ?
Man I can’t believe i forgot those names!
I am happy to say we are all alive still. One or two of us has a drinking, drug or mental problem but overal we are doing pretty good!
