They control us through what they put on our food, water, what they condition and indoctrinate us to believe through schoold, mainstream media (print and TV) mainstream advertising, sand mainstream/society thinking (or lack there of) as a whole, and lets not forget mainstrea, religious dogma ... The truth is one needs to be loving, caring, compassionate, honest, stay in their calm centres in chaos, not give into all the tripe they want us to believe - heaven forbid *seven million* free thinking people - they won't stand a chance!! And to tap inot our own inner wisdom to be whole, healthy and true - and to teach that to our chindren and future generations.
