Here is a video showing a journalist getting arrested.

“Award winning journalist and host of “Democracy Now” Amy Goodman was arrested by St. Paul police while covering a protest outside the Republican National Convention. Though clearly identified as press, Goodman was charged with “obstruction of a legal process and interference with a ‘peace officer.’” Two of her producers were arrested for “suspicion of felony riot.” ”

But what upsets me is the stuff the police are wearing. It is right out of a sci-fi movie. It is what the police wore in “Brazil” the movie about an Orwellian futuristic state. If you keep your head in the sand you don’t come in contact with any of this. But eventually even the sand eaters will not be able to avoid what is happening, or has happened already….
