I just discovered Yael Naim. She is French-Israeli and she sings in French, English, and Hebrew. When she sings in English she has this great accent.

But in Hebrew, it doesn’t do it for me. Her voice is great and the song is beautiful but singing in Hebrew sounds like your throat is full of phlegm and you’re trying to clear it. Sorry!
